I was referred to Top Notch by a well known ‘Catering-to-Go’ establishment.  From my first contact with them until the last, they were always professional and extremely helpful. This was my first time using any kind of service, in this instance a bartender, and they helped me as needed to understand the process and what to expect.  

Our bartender was exceptional.  There is no other adequate word for her.  She exceeded all expectations.  She was friendly and approachable.  She needed little instruction and went right to work. She seemingly effortlessly anticipated the needs of our guests. We received several compliments about her. 

We were strict with our schedule.  We stuck to the hours contracted. She assisted us in doing this as well.  When our event concluded I believe we were all pleased with the event and our united effort to ensure the best party and happy people, her included.

I would highly recommend Arianna Smith and Top Notch Staffing to anyone in need of staffing for a catered event. Managing a private club can be a delicate balance of keeping appropriate staffing levels for a balanced budget, while still ensuring all events smoothly and all in-house employees can get the hours necessary to maintain their expenses. Top Notch Staffing has been crucial in allowing us to preserve that fine line while also hosting large scale events with a membership who have high expectations. Their staff are always prompt, professional and well groomed. They have been able to adapt to a multitude of serving styles and always leave our guests raving about the quality of the service. Somewhat to my shame as a manager and a leader, I have pointed to the Top Notch staff members as examples of professionalism to my own employees. Arianna herself has also been a pleasure to work with. As expected from someone with such a strong team, she is transparent with all pricing and prompt in her response times. All events that we have collaborated on have worked out perfectly and even a few last minute requests from us due to unexpected increases in guest counts have been accommodated. We will be utilizing their services in the future, when the need arises, and would recommend anyone in the industry to reach out should they find themselves in need of additional banquet staff members.
