Hello, my name is Arianna Smith. I am the CEO and founder of Top Notch Staffing & Events LLC. 

After graduating from Johnson & Wales University, I have spent over a decade building experience in the hospitality industry. An unexpected change presented itself recently, and I found the courage to take my experience and branch off on my own— establishing Too Notch Staffing and Events. I have no regrets; it is a dream come true. My initial vision has evolved into a versatile company, embodying what I value: collaboration with others; organizing unique events; delivering exceptional service; and, above all, seizing every new opportunity that comes my way. I have, and always will, go above and beyond for my clients. 

Despite all of the late nights and stressors that come with starting a business, it has been worth it. I created a company where I can share my enthusiasm and love for hospitality, while I lead a team of people sharing my same passion. Together, we take immense pride in providing unparalleled service.
